At Nanoleaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lighting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Nanoleaf products in their original packaging, ensuring all controllers, linkers, and power supplies are included.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
