What shipping options are available for my order?

We offer standard and expedited shipping across the continental US and internationally. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days.

Are Nanoleaf lights compatible with my smart home ecosystem?

Yes, our products are designed to integrate seamlessly with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings, as well as supporting the Matter protocol for universal connectivity.

What is your return policy for open products?

We offer a 30-day return window for all products. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I mount the light panels without damaging my walls?

Every Nanoleaf kit includes specialized non-marking adhesive tape. For textured walls or permanent installations, we also offer optional screw-mount kits available in our accessories shop.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Nanoleaf hardware is covered by a 2-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
